Arty McGlynn is unarguably the most influential guitarist in Irish music today. He is also a highly sought after recording artist and producer.

Testimony to his craft can be heard on countless albums produced in Ireland over the past twenty years. Also central to his working life is his collaboration and duet work with violinist Nollaig Casey - their first duet album Lead the Knave was released in 1989 and they are currently working on a new album. Musicians from all over Ireland will gather in Galway to celebrate Arty's immense contribution to Irish music.
