Westport Choral Society Spring Concerts 2007

Emma Kate Tobia will join the Westport Choral Society as their soloist for their Spring series of concerts. She will also be joined on stage by her father Anthony who sings with the choir and has been with the group for many years.

Aisling na nGael -the concert

Emma Kate will be joined by the combined choirs of The Chorus of Opera Cork and Dunderrow National School children's choir to sing songs of our heritage. A string quartet and a concert harpist along with Mr Frank Buckley on piano will entertain guests for the evening in the hallowed venue of St Finbarr's Cathedral. A well known tenor and Ms Louise O'Sullivan, Mezzo Soprano will complete the line up for the night. This concert is the first in the series of concerts to be held in St Finbarr's Cathedral during the very popular Cork Midsummer Festival 2007.
